In the summer months, City Wide Property Services manages all types of landscape maintenance; including lawn maintenance, fertilization and weed control. As well, we are experienced in landscape construction; including planting flowers, trees, shrubs, sodding or seeding of large areas, just to name a few. If required we can also maintain your irrigation system.

In the winter months, the company has fully equipped, newer trucks with plows and salters. We even have loaders from 3/4 yard bobcats to 3-1/2 yard front end loaders. Especially for the winter season, we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Our staff is committed to work day and night to accommodate your needs.

To make communication easy and effortless for our valued clients, City Wide Property Services uses portable mobile communication units and 24 hour pagers with numbers supplied to our customers so they can reach us quickly and conveniently.
